2. What FLIP IT is

FLIP IT is an offline party game for iPhone and iPad. One player holds the phone up with the screen facing their friends, the group gives clues, and the player tilts the phone to mark each word as guessed or passed. All word decks are built into the app.

3. Data we collect

None. FLIP IT has:

• no accounts, sign-up or login;
• no analytics, telemetry, crash-reporting or third-party SDKs;
• no advertising, advertising identifiers (IDFA) or tracking;
• no in-app purchases;
• no network connection at all — the app works fully offline and sends nothing to us or anyone else.

4. Motion sensors

During a round, FLIP IT reads your device’s motion sensors to detect whether you tilt the phone up or down. This happens in real time, on your device only. Motion readings are not stored, recorded or sent anywhere, and sensor access stops as soon as the round ends.

5. Data stored on your device

FLIP IT saves two settings on your device so they’re remembered next time:

• your chosen round length (30, 60 or 90 seconds);
• whether you ticked “Don’t show this again” on the How to Play screen.

Scores and round results are shown once and are not saved. Deleting the app removes everything.

6. Children

FLIP IT is a family-friendly party game and includes decks suitable for children. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR (AVG), the UK GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws you have rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data. Because we collect none, there is nothing for us to disclose or erase. Questions are welcome at clippingit34@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new “Last updated” date.

2. Wat FLIP IT is

FLIP IT is een offline partyspel voor iPhone en iPad. Eén speler houdt de telefoon omhoog met het scherm naar de vrienden, de groep geeft hints, en de speler kantelt de telefoon om een woord als geraden of overgeslagen te markeren. Alle woordenlijsten zitten in de app zelf.

3. Welke gegevens we verzamelen

Geen. FLIP IT heeft:

• geen accounts, registratie of inloggen;
• geen analytics, telemetrie, crashrapportage of SDK’s van derden;
• geen advertenties, advertentie-ID’s (IDFA) of tracking;
• geen in-app aankopen;
• helemaal geen internetverbinding — de app werkt volledig offline en stuurt niets naar ons of naar iemand anders.

4. Bewegingssensoren

Tijdens een ronde leest FLIP IT de bewegingssensoren van je apparaat uit om te zien of je de telefoon omhoog of omlaag kantelt. Dit gebeurt in realtime en alleen op je apparaat. Bewegingsgegevens worden niet opgeslagen, vastgelegd of verstuurd, en het uitlezen stopt zodra de ronde voorbij is.

5. Gegevens op je apparaat

FLIP IT bewaart twee instellingen op je apparaat, zodat ze de volgende keer onthouden worden:

• de gekozen rondeduur (30, 60 of 90 seconden);
• of je “Don’t show this again” hebt aangevinkt op het uitlegscherm.

Scores en resultaten worden één keer getoond en niet opgeslagen. Als je de app verwijdert, is alles weg.

6. Kinderen

FLIP IT is een gezinsvriendelijk partyspel met ook decks voor kinderen. Omdat de app van niemand gegevens verzamelt, verzamelt hij ook geen gegevens van kinderen.

7. Jouw rechten

Onder de AVG (GDPR) en vergelijkbare wetgeving heb je het recht om je persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren, te laten verwijderen en over te dragen. Omdat wij niets verzamelen, is er niets om in te zien of te verwijderen. Vragen zijn welkom via clippingit34@gmail.com. We reageren binnen 30 dagen.

8. Wijzigingen

Als dit beleid verandert, publiceren we de nieuwe versie op dit adres met een nieuwe datum bij “Laatst bijgewerkt”.
